2. Shipping Costs
Domestic Shipping (U.S.): The cost of shipping depends on the size and weight of your order, as well as the shipping method selected. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50 (excluding taxes). This offer is valid only for orders shipped within the United States.
International Shipping: International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Please note that additional customs duties and taxes may apply, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Processing Time
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email once it has been dispatched.
Same-Day Shipping: For orders placed before 12:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on business days, we will make every effort to ship the order the same day. However, please note that same-day shipping is not guaranteed for all orders.

Domestic: We currently offer shipping to all 50 states in the United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories or military addresses (APO, FPO).
International: We ship to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on location. For international shipments, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply based on the destination country. The customer is responsible for these charges.
P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address during checkout to ensure successful delivery.
6. Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, PulseTechHato.net is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, natural disasters, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delayed Shipments: If your package is delayed due to reasons outside of our control, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue, but we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package. If it cannot be found, we will help you file a claim or process a replacement order.
